Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and offered a cozy ambiance; however, the dining options were somewhat underwhelming. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location by the creek was idyllic and provided a serene setting. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rustic charm of the rooms combined with the friendly staff created a truly nice atmosphere. However, the heat problem encountered was a bit of a letdown. The location, amidst beautiful fall colors, was stunning, perfect for enjoying the western Mass foliage.
